Beverages, Alcohol and Food is to be provided by the Client. Flutes are not included and are to be added to the final count
If the client cancels services, ERA Entertainment will reimburse based time-lapse of cancelation with the exception of the 25% non-refundable deposit. Cancelations occurring within 14 days, ERA Entertainment will retain 50% of the total amount and reimburse the remaining amount. Cancelations occurring within 7 days, do not qualify for reimbursement. If the event is canceled due to Acts of God or the venue needs to cancel the event for any reason, ERA Entertainment will reschedule the services, if availability permits or reimburse less the 25% deposit.
